Co-Founder, Raju Pasumarthi, with his deep SAP ECC HR, Time, and Payroll proficiency, leads professional services, while Managing Director, Daniel Pasumarthy, provides strategic leadership for Indian operations. SAP SuccessFactors alumni, Paul Vidler and Isavane Scovill, drive business development, partnerships, strategic end-to-end solutions, and go-to-market strategies.

Our Leadership Team
Gavin Cockayne
Founder and Managing Partner
Gavin has been a leader in the IT and Consulting business for 3 decades. Starting in Europe where he lead pan-European and global initiatives for a recognized consumer products organization including the development of the first ever relational database application for the Finance and HR line of business.
Since re-locating to the US, Gavin has been engaged with major consulting and software organizations such as PwC, IBM Global Services, SuccessFactors and SAP.
During this time he has provided strategic and program leadership to many organizations. In his most recent roles at SuccessFactors and SAP he has been the organizational leader for all aspects of consulting around Employee Central.
Raju Pasumarthi
Co-Founder, EA Labs, Global VP Operations
Has a successful record as an SAP delivery executive for Professional Services for all commercial and Public Sector enterprises. With more than twenty years’ of experience designing and delivering complex SAP-enabled implementation projects/managed services engagements for clients.
Mr. Raju Pasumarthi has lead and managed teams of 100+ to successfully deliver complex multi-year programs, leading large and complex business change projects involving significant process reengineering and complex systems implementation/systems integration, multiple releases/work-streams, onshore/offshore resourcing, and management of subcontract providers.
Paul Vidler
Vice President – Solution Strategy
With over 25 years of ERP exposure gained initially with PeopleSoft/Oracle and embarking on the cloud journey with SuccessFactors in 2007, Paul has a wealth of hands-on consulting, practice management, strategic service creation and delivery experience.
On joining SuccessFactors Paul was instrumental in helping to grow the EMEA services practice before taking a global focus, nurturing the introduction and delivery of Employee Central, and becoming a recognized subject matter expert for the product.
For the last eight years Paul played a key strategic role for SAP SuccessFactors services, program managing the Model Company for SuccessFactors, and overseeing its evolution to underpin and accelerate service delivery across the product suite, following a process orientated, best practice, adopt fit to standard approach.
Isavane Scovill
Director of Business Development and Alliances
Isavane is an experienced alliance and channel sales professional with tenure at both cloud software companies and partner organizations. She is passionate about building strong and mutually profitable relationships between technology providers and global consulting partners, as well as developing partnership strategies, go-to-market programs and nurturing relentless ambassadors within the partner organizations.
Her prior experience with project management and consulting specifically with HCM technologies is invaluable in advising and helping clients embark on their technology journey. She is well-versed in the coordination and management of system solutions for HR with fifteen years’ implementation experience in SAP HCM and Workday, with a focus on global HR solutions.
Daniel Ratna Raju Pasumarthy
